Denise has provided advisory services in restructurings in various industries, including homebuilding, manufacturing, telecommunications, mortuary services and specialty chemicals. Her clients’ revenues have ranged from $150 million to $2.2 billion. Notable assignments include the Loewen Group, ICG Communications, Metromedia Fiber Networks, Solutia, and Blue Bird.

Prior to joining Zolfo Cooper, Denise was a controller for a material handling equipment manufacturer.
