Michael Wyse
Michael Wyse is a director at Zolfo Cooper with more than 8 years of professional experience providing interim management and advisory services to distressed debtors and other stakeholders in both bankruptcy cases and out-of-court situations. Michael has advised clients across a wide array of industries from telecommunications to oil, with revenues ranging from $200 million to $18 billion. His experience also includes international engagements in Mexico and Australia.
Michael is currently part of the interim management team of Flying J Inc. an $18 billion integrated oil company. Previously, Michael advised numerous debtors and stakeholders on cash flow management, business plan development, reorganization plan development -and other bankruptcy issues. His clients have included: TOUSA, Inc., Tru-Circle, MCI WorldCom, Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Performance Transportation Services and Friedman’s Jewelers.
Michael has played an integral role in numerous out-of-court situations including advising a U.S.-based railroad during its acquisition of a Mexican railroad, and advising the global asset recovery group of Lucent in the OneTel case in Australia.Michael has experience in all facets of the bankruptcy process and business analytics and valuation across numerous industries, including telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, oil refining and home building.
Previously, Michael was a part of the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
